Impossible Taco Pie

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
4 ounces chopped green chiles
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick®
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar or jack cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a large pie pan.

Cook beef and onion until brown. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in pie pan. Top with chiles. Beat milk, Bisquick® and eggs for 15 seconds in the blender. Pour into the pie pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese.
