Stinging Scorpion Guacamole

Serves: 4

2 ripe California avocados
1/2 cup tofu
1/2 small onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
5 drops hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot salsa

Whirl tofu in blender until smooth. Mash avocados. Add tofu and other ingredients to mashed avocados. Mix well. Press a piece of plastic wrap on the surface of the dip to prevent darkening. Chill and serve.
